Nick TaussigNick Taussig was born in 1973. He lives in London. He studied literature and philosophy at the University of Durham, where he obtained a First, then went on to acquire a Master's in Russian literature from the University of London.

Love and Mayhem was his first novel, published in 2005. His second, Don Don, followed in 2007, and is currently being adapted for the screen. His third, Gorilla Guerrilla, was published in August 2008. He is in the middle of writing his fourth.

Nick is currently producing the youth action movie, Shank. He has also co-written a feature film, Just Left of Heaven, and executive produced the BAFTA-nominated documentary film, Taking Liberties, which was released in UK cinemas in June 2007.
